Recently, I really needed to send an custom designed email out to a prospect customer.

But I didn’t want to waste hours doing heavy coding just to design a single email.

Luckily I found the easiest way to paste HTML into Gmail. I saved time, effort, money, and a headache.

All I did to get started was download HTML Templates for Gmail in the Chrome Store.

With this extension installed onto my Chrome browser I created a customized email from the simplicity of my own Gmail compose window in minutes.

Here’s how I was able to paste HTML into Gmail, send out a personally designed email to my client, and save my own day.

Step 1: Installing the Chrome “Email Templates for Gmail”

First off I installed the extension from the Chrome web store by clicking here. It’s completely free.

This added the HTML paste functionality to my Gmail Compose window.

Step 2: Selecting A Template

It was time to select the template that would give me the “wow” effect I wanted.

So, I clicked the “Template” button located on the left hand corner of the compose window.

This populated the Template Gallery.

What was also cool about this product is that it is integrated with the Flashissue Newsletter Curator.

A lot of Templates that were in the Template Gallery were streamlined from the content I had already created in Flashissue. I decided to go with something I already took out the time to design.

Once I chose the template I needed to send, I hit “Open”

That’s when the I was able to paste HTML into Gmail. The extension did all the hard work for me.

Plus, it happened in a matter of seconds.

Step 3: Editing the Template

It was then time to add my own personal stamp to my email.

I replaced any text, link, and any image I wanted.
I designed the email to my liking, to fit my client.

Once I was done I clicked “Template” again and chose “Save As” to save my template for future use.

It was saved in the Template Gallery and I can access it anytime.

Later on I went back and sent my email to the customer with no trouble.

It pushed through just like any Gmail email I would send.

I saved time, money,  and made myself look good, all while from the comfort of my own Gmail compose window.

All it took was on add-on to paste HTML into Gmail in a matter of seconds.

I highly recommend giving this extension a try for small sends. It looks like you put in a lot of effort when in reality it took moments.
